Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in the account menu. After cancelling, Drafta Pro stays available until the end of the current period, and you are not charged again. You can also cancel at Link (link.com), which handles the payment.
Because Drafta Pro is a digital service, payments are generally not refunded. Duplicate charges, a service that was not provided, and other cases caused by the Operator are refunded. The refund policy of Link, which handles the payment, also applies.
Cancelling does not delete your memos. Pro features (reminders, share links and others) stop, and share pages become private. Getting Pro again brings them back.
If a payment fails, Drafta Pro stays available while the payment is retried. When the retries run out, the subscription is cancelled.
Leaving Drafta cancels any Drafta Pro subscription. There are no prorated refunds.
