Terms of Service
Established November 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Drafta, a memo service provided by Kenji Masuda (the "Operator"). Please use Drafta only if you agree to these Terms. This English text is a translation for reference; the Japanese version is authoritative.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all use of Drafta. Explanations and notices shown in Drafta form part of these Terms.
Purchases of Drafta Pro are also subject to the terms of Link (Sold through Link, LLC), which handles the payment.
2. Account
Saving in Drafta requires signing in with a Google account. The Playground can be tried without signing in, without saving.
You are responsible for your account. Use by others is treated as your use.
3. Your content
Your memos and other content you write in Drafta ("Content") belong to you.
The Operator handles Content only as needed to provide Drafta, such as saving, syncing, showing, sharing and notifying.
4. Sharing
A memo shared by a share link can be read by anyone with the link, without signing in. You are responsible for what you share.
Do not share unlawful content, content that infringes the rights of others, spam and the like. The Operator may make such shares private without notice.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- break the law or public order
- access Drafta or other services without authorization, or try to
- place an excessive load on Drafta or disrupt its operation
- impersonate others
- redistribute Drafta commercially without the Operator's permission
- do anything else the Operator reasonably finds inappropriate
6. Drafta Pro
Drafta Pro provides additional features for a fee. Prices, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds are as stated in the Commercial Disclosure and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Price changes are announced in Drafta or by email before they take effect.
If a payment fails, Drafta Pro stays available while the payment is retried. When the retries run out, the subscription ends.
7. Changes and discontinuation
The Operator may add, change or remove features without notice.
If Drafta itself is discontinued, you will be told in advance and given time to export your data.
8. Disclaimer
The Operator works to prevent data loss but does not guarantee that Drafta is free of defects or that data will never be lost. Keep copies of important memos by exporting them.
Except for intent or gross negligence, the Operator's liability to you regarding Drafta is limited to the amount you paid the Operator in the last 12 months, unless the Consumer Contract Act or other laws provide otherwise.
9. Leaving Drafta
You can leave Drafta at any time. Leaving deletes your memos, history, shares, reminders and account, and cannot be undone. Any Drafta Pro subscription is cancelled as well.
10. Suspension
If you breach these Terms, the Operator may suspend your use of Drafta without prior notice.
11. Changes to these Terms
The Operator may change these Terms. Changes and their effective date are announced in Drafta in advance.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Osaka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes about Drafta.
13. Authoritative version
The Japanese version of these Terms is authoritative. This English version is for reference, and the Japanese version prevails if they differ.
